1 1/2 to 2 lb. Choice ground beef 2 cans V8 Juice 2 cans Tomato Sauce 2 cans Stewed Tomato 1 can of Kidney Beans 1 can of Black Beans 1 diced Green Pepper 1 small can of corn Quarter Yellow Onion Chili Pepper to taste
Brown the hamburger and onion, drain. Mix all other ingredients in large stock or crock pot, let chili boil before bringing it to a simmer for 2-4 hours. Serve with crackers or fritos then sprinkle with cheese.
