Choco Oat Cookies Recipe

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup oats
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup choc chips (vegan= tropical source or sunspire

Mix it alll together.

Grabs hunks and put it on a non stick cookie sheet, but before you do put some flour on your hands because it's sticky. Preheat oven to 350-375. I cook mine for 12 min. they will look a bit gooey and raw, but they will firm up as they cool.
