2-1/2 lb. chicken tenders or pieces, boneless & skinless
1 (12-16 oz) frozen vegetable blend, such as broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
4 tbsp. light soy sauce
4 tbsp. hoisin sauce
4 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. dry white wine (optional)
1 tbsp. sesame oil (optional)
1-1/2 tbsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Crushed red pepper, to taste
2 cups cooked rice
Toasted sesame seeds

Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, ginger, and pepper. Add a generous amount of crushed red pepper if you like it spicy. Dip each chicken piece into sauce; place in crock pot. Stir frozen vegetables in with chicken. Pour remaining sauce over top. Cover and cook on low about 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Serve over cooked rice & top with sesame seeds.
