Corn Pudding Recipe

2 Cups Frozen Corn- (I use One 1lb. frozen log)
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Whole Milk
2 Tablespoons Flour
3 Tablespoons Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Stick Butter/Margarine melted

Mix well
Pour into greased 9/13 Baking dish
Bake uncovered @ 350 for 45 minutes
Let stand about 10 minutes before serving

Double this for a crowd, or you won't have enough!
You will have to go through the process twice, because your blender
may not hold it all.
