1 gallon washed sliced cucumbers
2 large onions, chopped
1 large pepper, chopped
Brine:
4 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1/3 c. pickling salt
1 t. celery seed
1 t. mustard seed
1 t. tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the brine to a boil. Pour over cucumbers, onion and pepper. Let stand and stir about 20 minutes. Put in jars but don't seal. Store in refrigerator.
