1 premade pie crust
1 qt mint chocolate chip flavored ice cream (softened)
Chocolate curls and fresh mint leaves (optional)

Directions:
Spread softened ice cream into the crust and freeze 1-2 hours. Let stand at room temp 15 min. before serving. Garnish with chocolate curls and fresh mint leaves if you wish!

This tastes really good if you use a Keebler Ready Crust which is chocolate flavored. This is a fast dessert which everyone will enjoy!
