2 c. brown sugar
4 T. cocoa
4T. top milk
1 t. vanilla
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. nuts

Directions:
In an open pan put this mixture and boil one minute. after it comes to a rolling boil, stir constantly. Remove and add 1 t. baking powder and mix well before spreading on cake.
