¼ cup melted butter

1 ½ tbls salt

1 box large elbow noodles

1 – 1 ½ lbs sharp cheddar cheese

2 eggs

1 3/4 cups evaporated milk
( or 1 reg can evap milk and a splash reg milk to egual)

bread crumbs – optional

Directions:

boil noodles, drain, and mix with butter and salt

layer noodle mix and sharp cheddar cheese

mix in separate bowl eggs and milk, pour over top of noodles and cheese

if desired top noodles with bread crumbs and a few pats of butter

Bake 350 degrees for about 45 min
