1 bag (32 oz.) frozen cubed Hashbrown potatoes (left frozen)

1 small to medium finely diced onion or 2 tablespoons minced dried onion

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1 16oz container of sour cream

1 8oz container of grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup melted butter

1 ½ teaspoons salt

2 cups corn flakes

1/4 cup melted butter (another one)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Mix first 7 ingredients together and place in greased 9x13 baking dish

Bake for 30-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Top with corn flakes and additional melted butter.

Bake 10 more minutes.

Let sit 10-15 minutes before serving.

Serve as a side dish or add ham (2 thick cuts from the deli diced, or leftover from a cooked ham) or chicken cubes and peas, carrots or broccoli for a complete dish, ºº
