1 cup of butter flavored Crisco
½ cup sugar
1 egg
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp vanilla
½ tsp almond extract
2 ¼ cups of unsifted all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter flavored crisco and sugar in a large bowl at medium speed with electric mixer. Beat in egg, salt, vanilla and almond extract. Work in flour until blended. Force dough through cookie press onto ungreased baking sheets into desired shapes. Bake 400 degrees for 5 – 7 minutes or until set, but not brown. Cool slightly before removing to cooling racks.
