2 14 ounce pkgs of gingerbread mix
1 (5.1 oz) pkg cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
1 30 ounce can pumpkin pie filling
cup packed brown sugar
1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
1 12 ounce whipped cream
cup gingersnaps

Directions:
Directions:
Bake gingerbread. Cook. Meanwhile, prepare pudding and set aside to cool. Stir in pumpkin pie filling, sugar and cinnamon into pudding.

Crumble one batch of gingerbread into bottom of a large trifle bowl. Pour pudding mixture over gingerbread, then add a layer of whipped cream. Repeat with remaining gingerbread, pudding and whipped cream. Top with gingersnaps. Refrigerate overnight.
