Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups of sugar (scant)
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Frosting

3 oz cream cheese softened
3/4 stick butter softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 teaspoons milk
2 cups powdered sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and pumpkin. Add chopped nuts. Bake on 12 x 17 cookie sheets with sides for 25 minutes at 350. Cool completely before frosting.
