1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups cooked, cubed, peeled potatoes (5-6 medium)
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Cover. Chill.
