Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

2 large chicken breast (8-10 oz)

1 bottle Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

8 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

1 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken by simmering in water for approx. 30 minutes(in a saucepan with water covering the chicken).

When cooked through, shred using a fork. (works best if you use 1 fork to hold the chicken, and 1 to shred)


While the chicken is cooking, spread cream cheese in a square casserole dish.

Top with ranch or blue cheese dressing.


Simmer shredded chicken in buffalo sauce for approx. 5 minutes.

Pour over cream cheese.

Top with mozzarella cheese.


Bake dip at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.


Serving Suggestions

serve with celery and tostitos...DELICIOUS!
