6 large sweet potatoes 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. brown sugar
Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water for 45 minutes. Let potatoes cool, then peel skin off of potatoes. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch slices. Layer slices in a lightly greased baking dish. Combine butter and sugars. Spoon over potatoes. Cover & bake for 30 minutes at 350º
