Personal Notes:
My family likes miniature marshmallows on the top. I leave the potatoes in the oven until the marshmallow turn golden brown.

Janie worked for Audrey Watson, who was Diddy's next door neighbor for many years. She also worked for Diddy after the Watson children were grown. I looked forward to visiting Diddy on Thursdays, because I'll get to visit with Janie, too. She died in her sleep this spring. We will all miss her.
