3 Slabs Baby Back Ribs
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Foil Pan
Heavy Foil
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim Baby Back Ribs and place if foil pan with no rack. Add garlic salt and pepper. Seal tightly with heavy aluminum foil.

Cook as follows:

Seven (7) hours @ 250 or/
Five (5) hours @ 300

During last 1/2 hour remove the foil and bake (or you can broil) at 350 with BBQ sauce so that it carmelizes.
