1 cube butter
1 c diced onion
1 pint sour cream
1/2 lb grated cheese
1 can cream chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
2 lb bag of southern style hasbrowns, thawed
crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter;saute onions. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Top with crushed cornflakes. Place under broiler until lightly brown.
