4 c. sliced apples
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mound apples in buttered 9 inch pie tin. Sprinkle with orange
juice.
Topping: Combine sugar, flour, spices and salt. Cut in softened
butter until mixture is crumble. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 375º for 45 min or until apples are done and top is
browned
