Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Can also be used cold as a dip for chips. When I have it cold, I like to squeeze a little lime into it.

This recipe is so easy to make and very healthy too. You can freeze it in individual servings and have a quick easy lunch, dinner or snack ready in a minute or two.
