3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. All purpose flour
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Combine sugar, flour, pineapple, cheese, and pecans. Pour into casserole dish. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake 45 minutes.
