2 c shoe peg corn or frozen corn
1 med green pepper, diced
3 med tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c chopped red onion
1 can sliced olives drained
1 61/2 oz marinated artichoke hearts undrained
1/4 c italian dressing
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp lemon pepper

Combine salad ingredients in lrg bowl
In another bowl combine dressing ingredients and gently toss with the salad ingredients. cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours
Eat with corn chips or serve over fish and chicken
