3-4 cucumbers 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar 4 Tbsp soy sauce 4 Tbsp sugar 2 tsp salt 1 tsp tabasco
Peel cucumbers if desired. Cut cucumbers legnthwise; scrape out seeds. Slice 1/4 in thick. Soak in salted ice water for 30 min. Drain. Mix in remaining ingredients to make marinade. Pour over cucumbers. Let stand 30 min before serving.
