1 bag baby spinach leaves
1 head iceburg lettuce chopped
1 head red leaf lettuce chopped
1 lrg can mandarin oranges drained
bacon cooked and crumbled
cashews

Poppy Seed Dressing
3/4 c vinegar
3/4 c sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 c oil
1/2 c red onion chopped

Directions:

Toss salad and serve with dressing
Mix dressing ingredients in belnder. add purple onion
