1 head lettuce shredded 1 green pepper diced 1 c celery chopped 1 lrg onion 1 pkg frozen peas 4-5 hard boiled eggs 1/2 c bacon,fried and crumbled Topping: 2 c mayo 2 Tbsp brown sugar 1/2 c shredded cheese
Add each ingredient as listed in layers. Mix mayo and brown sugar together. Cover layered salad with topping and shredded cheese. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight
