1 c diced onion
1 c celery
3 1/2 c water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 head broccoli, cut into pieces
3-4 carrots, sliced
4-5 potatoes,diced
2 Tbsp butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb Vevetta cheese,cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter. Add water, boullions, potatoes,carrots and broccoli. Cook covered 15-20 min or until vegetables are tender. Add undiluted soup and cheese. cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
