1 pkg. (approx. 1-lb) washed, young spinach
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm (or fresh) herbed croutons
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
1 green onion, sliced


Great-grandmother Johnson's dressing recipe:

2T olive oil
1 T cider vinegar
1/2 t. salt
dash paprika & oregano

Directions:

Toss salad greens with dressing. Allow to sit for a few
minutes before serving.
