1 15oz Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg lightly beaten
1C Parmesan Cheese (divided)
Meat Sauce (recipe follows)
16oz Lasagne Noodles
12oz Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Meat Sauce:
1T Olive Oil
1lb Ground Beef
2T Onion Flakes
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2T Chopped Parsley
2-28oz Cans Tomato Sauce
1-6oz Can Tomato Paste
2tsp Sugar
2tsp Dried Basil
1 1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Dried Organo
1/4 tsp Pepper

In Dutch oven brown beaf with oil, onion, garlic and parsley. (do not drain) Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.

In a bowl combine ricotta, egg and 3/4C parmesan cheese. In 9x13 baking dish, spread 1 1/2C meat sauce. Layer 1/3 precooked lasagne noodles, 2C sauce, 1/2 ricotta mixture and 1/3 mozzarella cheese. Repeat. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and cheeses. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes.
