Sauerkraut
large onion sliced
salt & pepper
rosemary ground

Directions:
Grease baking dish and put seasoned chops into pan. Cover with onion and, large jar of kraut and bake covered for 3 hours at 275 degrees till tender. This is good with stuffed pork chops also. Don't be shy on the kraut, this is what makes the chops tender and juicy.

My mom (Irene Crum) would make this when I was growing up and it was delicious. In fact I forgot about this recipe till a few subcontractors came for dinner and boy did they love it.
