1/2C Hot Water
3T Chopped or Dried Onion
2T Red Wine Vinegar
2T Olive Oil
2T Soy Sauce
1tsp Beef Boullion Granules
1 Garlic Clove Minced
1/2tsp Paprika
1/2tsp Coarsely Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine all nine ingredients. Remove 1/2C of Marinade and refrigerate for use when cooking. Pierce steaks several times on both sides with a fork. Put in baggie with balance of marinade. Marinate for several hours or overnight. BBQ or broil until required doneness basting with balance of marinade previously set aside.
