1 pkg flavored or plain flour tortillas
2 c. mayo
2 c. sour cream
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 package frozen spinach
3/4 c. cooked bacon crumpled

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost Spinach in th microwave in package
Squeeze liquid out (careful its hot!)
Mix sour cream, mayo, and ranch dressing mix
Add Bacon and spinach. Mix well
Smear a generous amount on tortilla and roll like a burrito
Wrap individual roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least one hour
Cut into pinwheel and serve

Baco's can be substituted for bacon, but wraps must be refrigerated overnight before serving.
