1/4 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 tsp Salt
2 - 2 1/2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Soda
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Mashed Bananas
1/2 Cup Nuts

Icing:
1/2 Cup Margarine
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
2 1/4 Cups Powdered Sugar
dribbles of evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat well. Sift together salt, flour baking powder, and soda. Sift into creamed mixture. Add Sour cream and mashed bananas. Fold in nuts.
Bake at 375 degrees until tooth pick comes out clean. (I like to use a bundt pan) (Batter will be a little runny)
Icing: In microwave melt margarine, brown sugar and evaporated milk. Cook 5 - 10 minutes---needs to boil. Take out of microwave and add powdered sugar and beat well. Add dribbles of evaporated milk until creamy but not runny. Ice Cake.
