1.5 lbs ground beef, garlic salt and pepper
1 cup Italian bread crumbs, 1 egg
1 can Campbells Golden Mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Blend meat, bread crumbs, egg, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Form into flattened loaf in baking pan with sides, Bake at 350 in oven (tin foil covered shiny side down) for 40 minutes, uncover and spoon on mushroom soup straight from the can. Spread evenly over meatloaf and return to oven for last 15 minutes. Terri makes it for me often, and sometimes puts cheese in the center of the meatloaf for a little different taste. Fast, and Tasty.

Dinners at the Govin table were always a tasty affair. Rita and LaLa were great cooks, each in their time and they passed on the cooking torch to everyone around that dinner table. Family dinners would often include members from the Govin, Garcia, Rivers or Jeronimo families, and this tasty meat loaf was one of Rita's dinners that I liked the best!!
