1 cup shortening
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the shortening and sugars. Add the eggs and peanut butter and mix until creamy. Add the dry ingredients and mix. Form dough into small balls about the size of a walnut. Place on a cookie sheet and press with the tines of a fork. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Do not over bake.
