1 c. cream
1 c. milk
4 eggs
3/4 c. gruyere cheese
salt and pepper to taste
pre-made pastry

sauteed spinach
chopped broccoli tops
sauteed mushrooms
chopped ham

Line deep dish 10" pie pan with pastry. Mix custard ingredients together and add in your choice of fillings. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until center is set, but not hard.
