2 lbs beef stew cubes

2 red peppers

carrots

potatoes

2 cloves fresh garlic

1 pkg brown gravy mix

1 pkg lipton onion soup mix

2 tbls kitchen bouquet or other gravy enhancer

4-5 c. water

rue ( flour and cool water) to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
cook onion, pepper, garlic, and potatoes in skillet untill soft

add water and other ingredients except meat and bring to a boil

thicken slightly (with rue) to liking

add meat cubes and simmer 1 hrs

or add all ingreadiants to shallow baking dish and cook at 350 covered for 2 hours
