5 pounds tomato (Roma if available) 1 Large Purple Onion 1 Can pineapple in own juices 1 Mango (optional) 2.5 T Cilantro 1 Large can green chiles 1 jalepeno (can add more depending on how hot you like) 1 T lemon or lime juice Salt and pepper to taste
Add all except spices to food processor and chop to desired consistency.
