1 1/2 Cups Biscuit Mix
1/2 tsp. Dried Dill
1 Can Tuna, Drained and Flaked
1 Cup Cream Style Corn
1 TBSP. Onion, Finely Chopped
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
2 tsp. Vegetable Oil, Divided

Directions:

In a bowl combine biscuit mix and dill; set aside. In another bowl, combine tuna, corn, onion, eggs, and milk; stir to mix well. Stir in biscuit dill mixture. In a skillet, heat 1 tsp. of the oil over medium high heat. Using a 1/4 cup measure for each patty, drop batter into skillet and cook for about 3 minutes or until bubbles break on surface; turn and cook second side until golden brown. Repeat procedure with remaining batter, adding more oil if needed.
