2 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 TBSP. Vegetable Oil
1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
2 Sprigs Parsley (Opitional)
Lemon Slices (Opitional)

Directions:
Cut lemon i half and squeeze juices from half of lemon over chicken. Season with salt to taste. heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, add chicken to skillet. Add juice from other half of lemon, salt and pepper to taste, and oregano. Cook for 6 minutes each side or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges if desired
