1 head broccoli; wash and cut only floret's into
bite-size pieces
1 head cauliflower; wash and cut only floret's into
bite-size pieces
1 can of cashew pieces
1 lb. bacon
2 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
4 Tbles. white vinegar
2 Tbles. heavy whipping cream

Directions:

1. Start by frying bacon, pat off grease, set aside to cool. Crumble when cooled.
2. Prepare pieces of broccoli and cauliflower, mix together in a large bowl. Set aside in refrigerator to dry.
3. In another med. size bowl add mayo, sugar and vinegar, beat with a mixer until creamy. Slowly add in heavy cream while mixing at high speed to thicken.
4. Add mixture to vegetables and toss.
5. Just before serving add cashews and bacon, toss.
