2 cans (15 oz.) tamales in sauce
1 can corn
1 can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. olives, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain sauce from tamales and remove wrappers. Drain corn. Place tamales in bowl, break apart and mash with a fork. Add corn, tomato sauce, olives and beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a butter 9 inch square baking pan, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
