5 peaches, peeled
Dash of cinnamon
Cooked pie shell
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
Directions:
Slice 3 large peaches into cooked pie shell. Combine the following ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat: 2 peaches - mashed, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and water. Cook for 5 minutes until it boils. Add almond extract and butter. Pour over sliced peaches. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
