1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 uncooked pie crusts
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan simmer raisins and water for 10 minutes. Add the sugar, cornstarch and salt and cook until clear. Take off the heat and add the vanilla, cream, and butter. Pour filling into an uncooked pie crust. Add a top sheet of pie crust and cut holes to vent. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes.
