1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup light corn syrup
2 cups pecans
1 cup sugar
1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order listed. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350º for 50 to 55 minutes. Take it out of the oven while center still jiggles.
