In large bowl:
Mix and mash 3 jumbo cans tomatoes
Add 2 jumbo cans water
Add 1 1/2 cups white cooking wine
Add 2 large bottles Italian mild giardinera

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 5-6# roast in roasting pan
Cover with mixture
Bake @325 for about 1 1/2 hours, covered
Roast will be rare
Baste every 15 minutes
After done, remove roast from juice
Put juice in refrigerator
Bring roast back to butcher and have him slice it thin
When ready to serve, heat juice and dip in meat
