Sunshine Slush Punch Recipe

6 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 - 46 oz can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 - 6 oz frozen orange juice
2 - 6 oz frozen lemonade
4 ripe bananas
2 liters 7-up

Bring water and sugar to boil
Boil gently 3 minutes
Put bananas and 1/2 pineapple juice in blender til smooth
Add to cooled syrup
Stir in remaining juices
Freeze in serving containers size (like 12 oz cool whip container)
Set out 1 hour or more before serving
Put into punch bowl
Scrape with metal spoon til slush
Pour 7-up over it
