2 eggs
16 oz. Pumpkin
1 C. Oil
2 tsp. Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. sugar
1 C. nuts (optional)
16oz. Choc. Chips
4 C. flour
1 tsp. Salt
4 tsp. Baking powder
2 tsp. Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Cloves
1/2 tsp. Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and oil. Stir in pumpkin, milk, vanilla and eggs, slightly beaten. Blend well. Add dry ingredients. Blend in chips and nuts.

Bake 375 for 10 minutes.

Stephanie Hassler gave me this recipe, it's wonderful just as is, or try substituting raisins or dates for the chocolate chips and frosting with a cream cheese icing.
