2 c. Spaghetti -cooked and drained
2 T. Butter
2 Eggs
2 lbs. Hamburger
1 lg. jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 can Tomatoes (sliced or diced)
1 small onion diced
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Shredded Parmesan cheese
16 oz. Ricotta Cheese
1 small can tomato paste

IF BAKING NOW TURN ON OVEN TO 350º TO WARM UP

While browning your hamburger, put in your diced onion salt and pepper. Get your water boiling for noodles.

Once noodles are done drain and add to a 9 x 13 casserole dish.Mix your butter eggs and Parmesan cheese together. With noodles hot had this mixture to noodles. With a spatula or big spoon lightly press or flatten the noodles down.

Add to the hamburger and onions to the spaghetti sauce, canned tomatoes and paste. Any seasonings can be added if wanted to taste. Sauce should be med. to thick.

Add the 16 oz. Container of Ricotta cheese and spread on noodles. Cover all of it so noodles do not show. Spoon on the Sauce over the cheese. Bake for 25 mins. uncovered.

Take out after 25 mins. and sprinkle your mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5 mins until the cheese is melted.
