2 lbs. boneless veal steaks, cut in 2 inch cubes
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can (3 oz.) whole mushrooms (reserve liquid)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. or more paprika
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. onion julice
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown veal in butter. Remove to casserole dish.

Blend 3 Tbsp. of mushroom liquid, flour and paprika in frying pan to make a smooth paste. Slowly add sour cream and cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat; add mushrooms, onion juice and salt; pour over veal. Cover and bake in 350 oven for about 1 hour.
