2 lbs. sliced flank steak
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. of sugar
4 Tbsp. oil
5 Tbsp. bottled oyster sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef very thin against grain. Marinate in mixture of soy sauce and sugar for 3 minutes. Heat oil in skillet, cook and stir beef over high for four minutes. Pour off excess oil. Add oyster sauce and cook rapidly for about 1 and 1/2 minutes.
